1. Terms & Conditions of The Study Loan
1.1 Loan Amount Applicable

1.2 Loan Interest Rate :
1.2.1 For existing member of KOJADI with minimum 5 years membership :

1.3 Repayment of Loan :

1.4 Servicing of Loan Interest :
Loan member is required TO SERVICE the monthly loan interest during study period for loan
amount between RM35,000 to RM50,000. OR Subject to other terms and conditions laid down

# Important Note : Loan applicant is allowed to use partial loan for making payment of Additional Share
subscription and insurance premium. As such, loan applicant shall only pay RM420.00 at
the time of submission of loan application, the corresponding additional share payment and
insurance premium ( item d & e ) will be deducted from the approved loan.

2. Manner Of Loan Submission / Loan Disbursement
STEP 1 : Send in your loan application form to TARC Student Affairs Department or to KOJADI’s HQ
together with all the necessary documents as stated in the " Loan Application
Documentation Checklist".
Please exclude letter of admission or university's offer letter if such document is not
available at the time of submission of loan application.
Deadlines for submission of loan application form :
Refer to SAD OR at least 3 months before departure to UK.
STEP 2 : KOJADI will send legal documents to you wthin 7 weeks (Loan Agreement, Loan
Guarantee, etc.) upon acceptance and approval of your loan application.
Return the legal documents duly signed by the student, parent and guarantors to TARC
Student Affairs Department within 2 weeks or such date as stipulated in the loan offer letter.
Note :
1. The study loan will be released to the member (parent) OR loan beneficiary (student) by cheque in
SUCH MANNER to be arranged and agreed upon between load borrowers, TARC and KOJADI.
2. Expected date of disbursement of loan: 2 weeks after receiving legal document
(Subject to student passing final stage exam at TARC OR final confirmation of enrollment into
Master Programme by TARC)
