Datuk Lo Kong Boon was conferred Panglima Jasa Negara (PJN)
by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin Syed Putra Jamalullail in conjunction with the King's 63rd birthday in 2006.
Datuk Lo was accorded the award of "Tokoh Koperasi 2006" by the Jabatan Pembangunan Koperasi (JPK) Wilayah Persekutuan on
15 June 2007 in recognition of his contribution to the Cooperative Movement in Malaysia.
Besides the above, Datuk Lo is an ex-senior officer of Jabatan Pembangunan Koperasi (JPK) 1959-1991.
Ex-Member of Cooperative Tribunal (1998-2004).
Director of Matang Holding Berhad.
